Pipeline Landscape completed a comprehensive site improvement project at Alexander Place in Raleigh, NC, focused on enhancing both the visual appeal and functionality of key community spaces. Our work included the installation of landscape materials along roadsides, common areas, buffer zones, and the playground area, helping create a cohesive and well-maintained environment throughout the property. We also installed the main entrance monument with integrated lighting and a Triangle bus stop, strengthening curb appeal and improving the overall identity of the community.
In addition to the landscape enhancements, Pipeline installed multiple recreational and wellness-focused amenities designed to support resident engagement and outdoor activity. The project included a fully equipped tot lot with play structures and a bench with concrete pad, as well as Live Strong fitness equipment to encourage active lifestyles. We also constructed mulch trails with picnic tables and benches, creating inviting outdoor spaces for walking, gathering, and relaxation. Together, these improvements deliver a balanced, functional, and community-oriented landscape that serves residents of all ages.
