Pipeline Landscape completed a comprehensive amenity and recreational landscaping project at Carolina Overlook by Del Webb in Clayton, NC, delivering a wide range of community-focused outdoor improvements. The project included community garden landscaping with defined garden plots, a garden shed, chain-link fencing, and a concrete entrance, creating a functional and organized space for residents. Additional work included dog park installations with fencing, benches, and waste stations, as well as landscape material installation throughout the site to unify the overall design.

The project also featured multiple hardscape and amenity enhancements designed to encourage outdoor activity and community engagement. Pipeline installed cornhole boards with a concrete pad, a bench swing, and extensive trail improvements that included landscape material, benches, double bench swings, and a firepit area. These additions help create inviting, usable outdoor spaces that support recreation, relaxation, and social interaction across the community.
