Pipeline Landscape completed a full-scale amenity and community landscaping project at 55 at the Park in Durham, NC, delivering a wide range of site enhancements designed to support recreation, accessibility, and long-term landscape performance. The project included an entrance monument with column and lighting features, streetscape landscaping along Odyssey Drive and NC 55, buffer plantings, and a bus shelter installation. Additional work included landscape improvements at the herb garden park, as well as irrigation, sod installation, drainage, and general planting throughout the property to ensure a cohesive and well-functioning landscape system.

Pipeline installed and enhanced multiple amenity spaces, including a game park with walkways, sod, ping pong table, horseshoe pit, and cornhole area, as well as a soccer park with sod and goal installation. The project also included a fully equipped tot lot with fencing, mulch, play features, and concrete pads, along with a dog park featuring fencing, seating, and mulch surfacing. A playground area was completed with equipment installation, drainage improvements, and protective mulch surfacing, creating a safe and engaging environment for residents of all ages.
