Project Description

Pipeline Landscape completed a range of site improvements at Exchange at 401 in Raleigh, NC, focused on enhancing accessibility, circulation, and overall landscape quality throughout the community. The project included monument and main entrance plantings to strengthen curb appeal, along with repairs to handicap ramps to improve accessibility compliance and functionality. Additional improvements included a new walkway between two lots, street tree installation, and landscape enhancements in key open space areas to create a more cohesive and visually appealing environment.

Further work included enhancements to the open space between multiple lots, where Pipeline installed sod, pine needles, bench seating with concrete pads, and supporting landscape materials to create a usable community gathering area. The project also included improvements to parking areas beside a couple of the lots, gazebo-related concrete walk and rebar installation, and the construction of a mulch trail system. Final site enhancements included emergency access and fire lane landscape improvements, ensuring the property remains functional, accessible, and well-maintained across all key areas.
