Pipeline Landscape completed a large-scale amenity and recreation-focused landscaping project designed to enhance multiple community spaces throughout the development. Our work included monument landscaping with integrated lighting and plantings, along with additional landscape plant installations to improve curb appeal and create a cohesive visual identity across the property. We also installed a playset area, completed seed and straw applications for park establishment, and constructed a walking trail around the pond to improve access and usability of the natural space.

At the recreation center, Pipeline installed a shade structure and concrete work to support durable, year-round use. The project also included extensive park improvements such as benches with concrete pads, sidewalks, wooden and aluminum fencing, planter boxes, picnic tables, a horseshoe pit, and cornhole areas with custom boards. Additional amenities included dog park landscaping with fencing, plantings, and concrete walkways, as well as a shaded mailbox kiosk area with a structure and surrounding plantings. The result is a highly functional, connected series of outdoor spaces that support recreation, community interaction, and long-term landscape performance.
